September Membership Meeting to feature TxDOT speaker on I-35 construction and Introduction of Board Candidates

The Tuesday, September 17, Holly Neighborhood Association Membership meeting will feature TXDot Representatives who will give us details on how the Reconstruction of I-35 through through Central Austin will effect our neighborhood. With the lowering of the freeway, a major tunnel will be necessary for drainage, and it will stretch from I’35 to Highway 183. through Holly and the East Cesar Chavez neighborhoods. Get the expected timeline and traffic diversions, and get you questions answered.

Members running in for the Board for the 2024-2025 membership year will be also introduced. Email ballots will go to out to each membership household on September 3rd, with voting closing on September 20th.

As with all our membership meetings, there will be announcements of upcoming events and association plans, and an update on developments within Holly.

The meeting will run from 6–7 pm. at the Mendez Recreation Center at Metz Park.
